Santana Kortum:
Born and raised in Anaconda, Montana, Santana attended
the University of Montana and earned a B.A. in history
with a minor in political science. She studied abroad in
Italy and worked for the social security administration
before attending the University of Montana School of Law
and earning her Juris Doctor. During law school, Santana
worked for various law offices and completed her
clinical in mediation while adopting twin sons, Michael
and Madison, and a daughter, Gabriella. She brings to
the table a strong Montana work ethic and common sense
while maintaining result orientated relationships with
insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Santana is
admitted to practice in Montana Administrative matters,
Montana District Courts and Montana Federal District
Courts. As a proponent of consumer rights, she
successfully challenged credit card mandatory
arbitration clauses before the Montana Supreme Court.
During her representation in employment cases, she
successfully petitioned the Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission to bring an action on behalf of a discharged
Les Schwab employee in Montana after the E.E.O.C. had
been absent in Montana for nearly a decade. The bulk of
Santana’s case load involves successfully representing
injured clients and families who have lost a loved one
due to negligence. When not at the office or in court,
Santana enjoys volunteering, running, cooking, hiking,
travel and especially time with her active children and
family. |

Leslie Bahny:
Leslie, like her parents and grandparents, was born and
raised in Kalispell, Montana, where she graduated high
school and earned her degree in Business Administration
from Flathead Valley Community College. When not
managing many of the office affairs and bringing smiles
to faces in the office, Leslie spends her time with her
husband of thirteen years and three daughters who are
active in KATS swim team, track, volleyball, basketball
and soccer. Leslie also enjoys music and volunteers on
two Boards of Directors and with her church youth. |

Jolene Woldstad:
Jolene is from Kalispell, Montana, where she graduated
high school and completed courses in legal assistant
training. In addition to her many contributions to the
office, she maintains the books. Jolene is married with
two sons, Jordan and Sheldon. When Jolene is not
working, she is busy with her sons’ competitive skiing,
her horses, checking cattle brands and training for her
first half marathon.

Devon Marcille:
Devon was raised in Elko, Nevada, where she graduated
from high school with honors. She recently completed her
first year at the University of Montana and works
summers at the office while contemplating law school
after graduating from college. When not working,
visiting her family in Nevada or interacting with a five
year old who worships her, Devon enjoys camping, hiking
and traveling.
