She has always been very active both in the community and athletically, coaching basketball and volleyball, participating on numerous boards of directors, working in teen ministry, teaching Sunday School, and singing in various praise bands and choirs. Leslie believes that there are few things that bring a deeper sense of joy and fulfillment than guiding those around her to grow into their best selves.

She has three beautiful daughters and a sweet grandson who add the 5th and 6th generation monikers to their Montana heritage, is currently engaged to the love of her life and shares her home with a funny vivacious Boxer cross named Brinlee. Leslie likes to have a positive impact on other people and the world around her and rarely shies away from an opportunity to do the right thing with truth and authenticity, even when doing so is often far from easy.

Her analytical approach, diligence and common-sense Montana work ethic is a large part of the personality she enjoys sharing with others.
